Join me for an experiential Parts Mapping Workshop and discover new ways to understand your internal system. Building on the three-house workshop I gave at the IFS Conference last Fall, we'll spend 6 hours together (including breaks and pauses for reflection) covering a wide variety of maps including:

• two-dimensional visual maps

• 3-dimensional object maps

• maps for the whole system

• maps to understand an activated cluster ​

• ...and my personal favorite, a "Who the Heck Was THAT?" map
