Courses meet for 7 sessions over 9 weeks. The current calendar is a close estimate of the start and end dates. Exact dates will be confirmed closer to each course time. All class sessions will be recorded and sent to you if you miss a class, but please do not register if you cannot attend our first class session. And please do your best to attend all sessions. This keeps the group most cohesive, consistent, and safe for all.

 

You can begin with any of the three courses for which you are ready. IFS beginners obviously start with Basics One. Providers confident working with protectors and caring for exiles, but who want more experience rescuing, unburdening, and reintegrating for whole sub-system healing will benefit from Basics Two. IFS Professionals who use the model successfully but seek more practice and refinement might choose Basics Three.
